Request Change / Contact Admin from Item (detail) Interface

Request Change / Contact Admin from Item Interface

As a contributor who notices incorrect or outdated information, I want to be able to directly contact an admin or moderator from within an item page, so I can easily report issues and request corrections without needing to search for contact details manually.

Current Problem

At the moment, reporting incorrect item information is not intuitive. Contributors do not know:

  • who the admins or moderators are,
  • which contact method should be used,
  • or which email address from the general “Contact Us” page is appropriate for item correction requests.

This creates unnecessary friction and discourages contributors from reporting mistakes.

Proposed Solution

Add a “Request Change” or “Send Message” button directly on each item page.

When clicked, the button should:

  • open a modal or popup window,
  • contain a textarea/input field for the contributor’s message,
  • optionally include the item ID/title automatically,
  • and send the request directly to admins/moderators responsible for reviewing content updates.

Benefits

  • Makes reporting incorrect titles or metadata significantly easier
  • Encourages community contributions and quality control
  • Reduces confusion around who to contact
  • Keeps contributors inside the interface instead of redirecting them externally
  • Creates a more streamlined moderation workflow

Suggested UI Flow

  1. User opens an item page
  2. User clicks “Request Change”
  3. Modal opens with:
    • short explanation text
    • textarea for the issue/request
    • submit button
  4. Admin/moderator receives the request with linked item reference

Optional Improvements

  • Add predefined categories such as:
    • Incorrect title
    • Wrong metadata
    • Duplicate item
    • Missing information
    • Other
  • Allow users to track the status of submitted requests
  • Show confirmation after submission

Add Australia as searchable region

In video game regions, Australia currently has no where to sit. Australian game localisations are different in cover appearance, some games like the AFL titles are an Australian exclusive (or near enough to).

Choice of currency for Downloadable Price List

Would it be doable to choose a currency before downloading the Price List .CSV file? It would be quickly ready to print and keep behind the counter for store outside the US.

Cheers!

Multi-account profile switcher for app and web

Nicolas 4 months ago 0

Hi,

I would like to suggest a multi-account/profile switcher feature for both the app and the website.

Currently, it is quite tedious to log out and back in to manage different collections. I have my own account, but my children also have their own collections that I help them manage.

It would be a huge quality-of-life improvement if we could link multiple accounts and switch between them seamlessly with a few clicks—similar to how profile switching works on Google Chrome or Steam. This would make it much easier for families or power users to keep collections separate while still being able to update them quickly on the go.

Thank you for a great tool!

Add "TCGPlayer Only Price" and "eBay Only Price" as columns in the API/CSV

Anonymous 5 months ago 0

In many cases, a TCG Player listing might be $0.10 + $0.99 shipping, while the eBay listing is $1.09 + free shipping.

The current price formula would mix sales from these listings together, creating an artificial price bump, even though the card is effectively the same price on both sites.

I want to be able to remove eBay from the equation in your CSV to reduce this type of contamination in my tool.
