Average price per game

james willsey 3 years ago 0

I would like to see a report that shows the average prices per game (total collection value devided by the number of games in the collection) over time. This would allow users to tracker overall appreciation/depreciation independent of games added to the collection. It’s hard to know how my collection is actually doing because I keep adding to it!

Search without clearing previous quary and options.

mgerlofsma 3 years ago updated by sales 3 years ago 3

Example: search Mario, then look at console NES. After that change console to SNES without having to type "mario" again.

Same for the text. Don't delete the whole field after a search. This is annoying, you have to fully type it again when it contains only a typo.

Anonymous 3 years ago updated by sales 3 years ago 1

Plz remove the heritage auction sale from the price history of every game. There one in the super mario complete section and it should not be there.

Yeah it would be pretty nice if you added Australia Football cards. Just a thought.

Price gouging

Fred 3 years ago updated by sales 3 years ago 1

I've been apart of your all community for some time, read many of Reddit post, and comments from the retro game collecting community. I know COVID has been a big impactor on the economy and what have you. But I was just wondering if there is a way for you all to get with your users and try and figure out a reasonable market calculator for video game prices. It excites me to see my collection soar in value but at the same time collecting has become a cash grab. Mainly due to your link between ebay prices sales and bot inflation on there. I'd say majority of people use your price charting tool to value a game, but the values are inflated and fake for no reason. I just think ebay is bad way to price a game. I'd almost offer on each game what users would value them at and then have it calculate an average price..... Idk just makes me sad to have to think off dropping a small fortune on a game inflated 4 times it's normal value. Anyway hope you see my rant, and please know I love this app.

thanks- Fred

Master system III Console

Console Hunter 3 years ago updated 3 years ago 2

Please add the Sega Master System III Tectoy console.

It was released as far i know only in Brazil, Portugal and Greece. It’s a genuine console and the 3rd design which released (although identical to MK2 console) It’s collecting value is very high especially boxed and a lot of collectors from these countries, struggle to find a boxed one. I was proposed for a request by the Game-eye dev.

Thanks in advance!

Advanced filter options for collections

Danismyhero 3 years ago updated by sales 3 years ago 3

Hi there.  I would love to see advanced filter options, so that I can pin point specific games in my collection that are missing items to start making lists to obtain them.

Instead of just 'Include only', I would suggest and advanced filter option in addition to this which would allow you to include or not include any of the options, perhaps by check box.

This would allow us to see which games are needing items to be CIB, but may have a box, or manual, or game, and any combo,  Or all games that are CIB and sealed.

Track Prices for MVS Convert Cartridges

Anonymous 3 years ago updated 3 years ago 1

Some Neo Geo MVS were never released for AES systems, so people started swapping chips between the wanted MVS board and a cheaper, usually early title, AES board.

The resulting convert is a playable MVS game on an AES system, since the only difference between the two cartridfes type is the pcb thickness if im not mistaken.

The leftover MVS cart is also playable on it's corresponding console, the game being the AES swapped one.

Nothing else is changed or added, every piece is SNK original and playable on original software.
