Thanks for this feedback. For now I'd suggest adding "360" to your search and it will exclude all other items. "Call of Duty 360" or "Final Fantasy 360" for example.
Very good point Jesse about the minimal premium vs his bid not causing any significant change in value if we include the sale.
Unfortunately this does take quite a bit of work to change. I've looked into it in the past. Very involved change unfortunately.
I'm looking into that and hopefully implementing a fix for the gray and not for resale showing up.
In terms of the count being wrong vs your collection, can you please email me a screenshot of what you are seeing. sales@vgpc.com That will help me troubleshoot this.
This feature is live. You can see the number you own for any console and a % towards completion graphic too. This works for all filtered results too so you can see your progress towards all SNES RPGs or all NES games released before a certain date or any other subset that you collect.

I've never seen this sort of thing myself. Can you give me a link to some examples of this happening? I can definitely look into it more. I'm guessing it is a very small minority of sales on ebay, but we could look into excluding certain sellers or something else to block these. We cannot remove all auctions though.
