The website Lot Calculator does support that, but you need a barcode scanner to do it.  You can search via UPC so you can scan items with the scanner and have it automatically fill in that search form on the tool.   It will find the item and quickly add it to the list.

I will make a note about supporting this in the app though.

I am not seeing an English version of this card.  We do not track Chinese language Riftbound cards at this time.  If there is an English version, please post a photo of it.
