Sorry for any problem. I've asked servers to revalue and recount everything. That should be done by the time you get this, but sometimes takes longer on really big collections. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Sellers who have an international buyer receive extra money on the payment to cover shipping costs. The item details page will show the amount you received extra to pay for shipping. All items are free to ship in the USA so you would have paid $5-6 to ship the item to someone in the USA. So the $10 covers almost all of the additional shipping costs. Maybe we can increase the a bit more to cover any increase in shipping costs.
In terms of international shipments and the buyer fees, good idea to add some disclaimer about customs/duties/and taxes being extra that the buyer would need to pay.

We do not support DC cards at this time. This is a good set to add when we add support for DC Comic cards.

You can still filter by category and set/console. To filter by video game console. You would filter by category = "video games", then filter by console. Here is an example link for my Switch game wishlist.
