We are actually in discussions with them now about adding their sales to the site too.

Thanks for this idea.  For now, you can put those into a different folder "don't grade" or something.  Or you can add a note on the item that appears on your collection summary.  It wouldn't exclude them from grading recommendation filters, but you could quickly look at the note and see you wrote "bad condition" or "don't grade" or something on the notes.
