What you describe should be the expected behavior.  My guess is something odd is happening with your account. Please let me know your user ID or user name on the site and I will look into this and fix it.

We've added the Green Day set now.  it will show up in about 24 hours.

The 40th Anniversary set is on our list to add.  It should be added by the end of the week.
