You can already do this.  Use the drop down in the upper right corner of every page and choose your default currency.

Thanks for reaching out.  Yes I would like to clean this up and I appreciate any help.  I can update the names of any variants to make sure they are correct.  

Please give me any name changes I should make with link to the item and new name.

You can add sales data for anything that is stale.  You would use the add sales tool:

https://www.pricecharting.com/ebay/add-new-listings

Those sales will then be linked to the item and the values will update with the more recent data.
