If they are region free (no rating on them) you can add those now to NTSC.  

If they are asian rated games, then I'll have to wait and see how popular this is before deciding on implementation.

Please send an email to sales@vgpc.com asking for permission to add PC Games.  I'll give you permission so you can add these yourself.

This is fixed now. You should enter the cost in your local currency. There is no conversion so that amount will always stay the same and always stay in your local currency. This change will go live with the next server update later today.
