I plan to work on improvements to the collection tool this summer including some reporting ones.  This should be included in those.

Can you be a little more specific with what is wrong between those two games/variants?

Are we missing sales or are sales being assigned to normal when it is variant?  All the listings that say "variant" in them are being assigned to the variant version.

I appreciate the feedback on the Lot Bot and the value calculation.  We do plan to add support for other conditions so people can adjust the condition from Loose to CIB for a particular game.  Unfortunately our tool will never find every single game in a users description, sometimes what they typed is ambiguous or they use a name that we haven't matched to our products.  We are always working to add more of these aliases to match more products.

We have a feature to let you manually add anything that is missing to calculate a full value.  Our tool just speeds up everything for you by finding most of the items.

In terms of reporting us to consumer affairs or us not providing what you expect, you can always unsubscribe and stop paying.  I'm sorry it doesn't meet your expectations, but nobody is making you pay every month.

We've added back PC Game prices.

Only the most popular and valuable games at this point.

Can you give me links to those Snatcher items you are referring to that link to the wrong product?

We do have some paid people who handle user reported sales and bot reported sales.  Also, I look at some of these too as the admin.  With nearly 100,000 sales per day on eBay we can't review every single one but we do have tools in place for users to report them, bots to report potentially incorrect ones, and paid staff to review and remove hundreds of these listings every day.

If you want to give me specific games with incorrect data, I will definitely look at those and fix any mistaken listings.

Very good points.  Thank you.

Could you also add a feature to calculate

the values of an entire set of games for a console (and have the option

to include or exclude variants and combo carts), or an entire set of

consoles, like every n64 released in the US? You could then quickly see

how much a complete set of games or consoles for a system is worth,

making buying and selling complete lot easier, and allowing people to

decide whether or not to pursue a complete set for a system based upon a

rough pricepoint for what they will be paying.
