What exactly is the problem or error you get?
I’ve heard a couple other people with this issue and it is something with Paypal and their browser cache. The easiest way to fix it is using a different browser. That has solve the problem for the other users.
You can also clear the browser cache on your current browser, but I personally find it easier to just use a new browser for this one task.

We lump all PAL games into one category. We do not track each country separately. You can use the PAL versions we have on the site for your collection and definitely add any missing Australian exclusive releases we might be missing.

You can store the value of items for a particular console. If you filter your collection to a specific console you will see the summary data about that particular one only. Here is an example from admin account.

You might look at the Lot Automater tool too. That does the import/valuation thing for you but it doesn't require the collection tool and deleting and importing again. You can save each list for 30 days and do as many as you like too. The full tool requires a $6/month subscription but that could save you quite a bit of time depending on how often you do this.
Yes, minor bug for some collections when adding or deleting lots of items at once. We run monthly audits/recounts on every collection so any problems that do crop up randomly with the users impacted by this are corrected in short order.

Export the search results? You should be able to do that to PDF already by printing in the browser and choosing "Save to PDF" instead of printing to paper.
You should be able to copy and paste the results to Excel too.
