add a feature for requesting games that are not currently on the site
i found that i owned a version of "the sims 3 supernatural expansion pack" that is not currently on the site. therefore, i feel it'd be a great idea to implement a request option!

Users can gain contributor privileges on the site and add missing games themselves. In the meantime, an email is the best way to get a few games added by admin.
