You can export your collection here:

This was linked from the User "Settings" page and the FAQ as well.  Just an FYI if you need to find it in the future.

You can see those values by clicking or hovering on the gray circle/stars on items in your collection.  That will show you the graded values.  The circle and stars indicate how profitable those would be to get graded.

You can read about it here.

Thanks for this suggestion.  We have the "notes/description" area for each item for this purpose.  There are infinite possibilities of what is included or missing so instead of adding a bunch of options that can make it harder to choose the "includes" we have a text field that allows you to enter anything. "Don't have the figurine" or "bought at Best Buy" or anything you want to record.

Sorry for this problem.  Can you give me some examples of error cards like that?  A link to the card on our site would be great. I definitely want to add the error card and keep the values separate so they are both accurate.

Sorry for any problems.  You can limit your searches to only "video games" by clicking that Filter option in the search results.  All future searches on the site will be for "video games" only.

I am looking into the UPC scan issue.  That is impacting some users but I can't figure out why those users are impacted but not others.

Thank you.  We generally throw out those sales if they are are game and box only.  But for many newer consoles that is considered CIB/Complete because the manual was never included.

We have prices for the game only and the box only and CIB, but we don't plan to add Game and Box or Game and Manual or Box and Manual combinations.  Right now we feel that would clutter the site too much with all the possible combinations.

To make sure I understand.  This tool would automatically consolidate listings in a collection that were the exact same (same item and condition) into one listing with the correct quantity?

Thanks.  For now, this doesn't come up often enough to warrant the development to add a button for it.  An email to admin is best way to handle this now.

I've deleted that duplicate Mark Morris listing.

Thank you for letting me know about this.  We have some of these aliases in the system already for search results and sales inference, but not listed on the page anywhere.  I'll think about how to implement this so users can see it OR let users add their own aliases.

You can't sort search results by the card number, but you can sort the set lists by card number.

You browse the site to a particular set and then you can choose a sort order as "Card Number"
