Differentiate Between Promo Boxes and Featured Cards in Box

Anonymous 1 year ago updated by sales 1 year ago 1

There are MANY promo boxes that have featured cards in them; however, when someone adds the sealed box to their collection on your site, the value seen is often that of an individual promo card within the box and not the value of the sealed box itself. You all should find a way to track sealed boxs and make it so that individual cards cannot impact the value of sealed boxs when getting everything in a search.

Specific game values

Add a feature that can distinguish different prices based on New , Like New, Good, Fair or Parts.

Avg prices are tainting game prices for great shape items and likewise when items are in bad shape they get a boost.

also game values could be separated based off free shipping or exclude shipping from game price due to it can inflate invaluable games  on the avg price guides.

Adding listing support for the 1970s handhelds, like Mattel Football or the Merlin

Anonymous 1 year ago updated by Eric Mason 1 year ago 1

Only the ones with electronic components like led lights and such, there are some mostly from 1976 and earlier which are mechanical only. These games should be considered early handheld videogames.

The games that should be on the site are:

Mattel Autorace (1976)

Mattel Football (1977)

Blip: The Digital Game (1977)

Mattel Baseball (1978)

Mattel Football II (1978)

Merlin (1978)

I hope you agree.

This should go to ideas, bugs, and privileges. Making great strides for sure. Would love to help add value to business, worst gratis as I would be helping get myself useful functionality. Many emails. Love if someone with a bit of decision power had time and wanted to chat. Thanks!  And yes, that vague subject says, suggests, and hints at so much as well as the even more it could be! :-)

Condition: Dead Save Battery

Andrew Burghart 1 year ago updated by Eric Mason 1 year ago 1

With games aging the way they are, we're running into more and more games with dead SRAM batteries.  While this could "technically" go under "Broken / Non-Working", the games work fine minus their ability to Save.

I think an additional Check Box for Selling Condition might be helpful (something like Dead Save Battery, Doesn't Save, etc).  I have quite a few games that function but can't hold a save once powered off... which isn't a problem when using devices like the Retro Freak to play your games as it stores Saves on the console itself.

Let me know what you think!

Readjust Night Trap (Sega CD) variants

Eric Mason 1 year ago updated by sales 1 year ago 3

Someone appears to have created a new Night Trap [first printing] on the site,
https://www.pricecharting.com/game/sega-cd/night-trap-first-print

I feel this should actually be renamed to Night Trap [Reissue] or Night Trap [Blue Band] or [Rated] to reflect the SegaCD blue band release (and related information adjusted), and the original Night Trap should be reverted back to its Red Box photos, as it's the original one that's existed on the site for forever.
