I'm more talking about the sheer volume of incorrectly categorized items.  There are too many records under "Loose" where the ebay listing clearly states "Game and Manual" or "Game and Box".  These listings are artificially inflating the average for those games.  Every time I report those listings, they continue to show in the records under "Loose" no matter how many times I report them.  It really makes me lose faith in the overall system.

Your concern is valid too although exceptionally low prices does happen when some sellers are unaware of what they have when listing.  Over a year ago, there was a legit Sculptor's Cut manual sold on ebay for under $10, so that was technically a valid sale.  

We just need a better way to see which listings are pending review and maybe a count of how many different people have flagged the item for review.  It would really help - right now, it's just a black box.  

Just to be more specific, the intent of this requirement is to add the serial codes to your personal collection items.  

Not to mention some people sell with "Free" shipping
