We try to update those values to the actual sales price whenever we can. eBay does not provide those actual sales prices on their website or via the API though so it isn't always possible. They also don't tell us when the best offer was accepted vs the item sold for the full price. We are in discussions with them to try to fix this.

This bug will be fixed now. I could understand that location well enough to fix. Please add the screenshot for the opening comment though.
Thanks for this feedback. We do not have a way to add cards for a specific language or region. Because cards are often reprinted in other languages but the same card number and artwork, we exclude sales for certain languages. We probably cannot support one-off cards from different regions. We would need to do a bunch of backend work to support those and then add the correct sets to hold the specific cards.

We already support AUD currency. On the website and the app.
On web. Hover/Click on "USD" in upper right corner of every page. Then click on "AUD" to change your currency.
On app, on the home page, click the currency option in the upper left corner.

The app already supports YuGiOh cards. If you search for a YuGiOh card you will find them in search results. You can view YuGiOh sets too and the card lists for them.
