As far as I know the messaging system is working. Can you forward one of these emails you get and bcc me on the reply you send as well? I want to make sure they are coming through correctly.

Thanks for this feedback. I'll see how voting on this goes and look into some way to convert prices for users. In the mean time you can convert any price we have with other sites (google search "30 usd in cad" for example).

This is a good suggestion. We go through those reports every day, but we have to prioritize them because some people "report" stuff that isn't a problem and we get hundreds of the reports per day.

This might be a good way to at least know what to look for and prioritize ones that of a certain kind.

We do not have plans to develop an iOS app. Instead, We make our website mobile friendly. You should try browsing it directly on your phone and see what you think. All the latest features and updates happen on the website.

Users didn't filter or sort by the genre's very often so we removed the genre column when we added the "cib price" column. Unfortunately there wasn't enough horizontal space to fit it all in.
