Short answer is yes. It would be possible for coins and paper money. Maybe others too.
Can you give me some insights into the coin market? Are there other sites that provide coin prices for free? Do people buy and sell lots of coins on ebay?
We had these games in the past but they were not popular and cost a lot to track because there are so many games.
You can read the full reasoning for why you removed PC games from the site at this blog post:

You can filter specific consoles out of your results. For example, remove PAL NES and PAL SNES from your notifications.
You click the 'all consoles' link and then click the consoles you want to remove.
If you only want PAL games you would leave only those two consoles selected.
This is live in production now. You can filter results by console.
If you are logged in, your preference will be remembered between searches too.

Good suggestion. Are you referring to these games showing up in search results? If you search "mario" for instance you want the option to only see NTSC games in those results or just PAL games or all results?
We try to have separate listings for every collector's edition. Please tell me any that do not and I'll add them.
Thank you

PAL SNES is coming but it doesn't have much price data yet:

Navigation on the menu to get to these will be added shortly as well.
