When you search for Vampire Rain Altered Species for PS3, the link brings up Ferrari Challenge for the Nintendo DS. Just a heads up. Thank you for hosting such an amazing WebSite. I use it everyday. :)
While browsing the available games, I notice quite a few low value games with free shipping. For example a cartridge might be selling for $2.00 or $2.10 with free shipping included. As far as I'm aware, the cheapest shipping option available to the sellers is approximately $2.13 or thereabouts. Are the sellers just selling these items for the feedback? After the payment processing fee the sellers will be losing money on these sales. Or could it be a scam? Seems a waste of time, but are some of these scammers, if that is what they are, actually hoping to make a few quick $2 sales and run?
When adding a new game to my collection, occasionally, i purchase a "reproduction" of a game. Generally, most of my games are originals, but I'll purchase a reproduction for something if it is beyond my price range. In addition to "New and Sealed", CIB, Manual Only, "Has Scratches", "Has Stickers", etc, can you please add a condition "Is a Reproduction" ? This would mean a different value than having the original - probably just set the value to zero as a start, but at least I can filter for reproductions.
For the most part if a game is in at least reasonable condition sales for that game fall into a certain range. However, when someone is just getting rid of something they have that is in bad condition that sale is still factored into the current value of the game. A sale of a game in bad condition (obvious large rips or tears, torn labels, missing flaps/pages, etc.) is not an accurate representation of the product's value in its intended, undamaged condition. Anyone reviewing sales for price charting would be able to notice any obvious and egregious damage. Recently I've seen a game (Final Fantasy 2 SNES) drop $50 in value in a single day simply because someone sold game box and manual in very poor condition for a low price, and it also wouldn't be the first time.
I am looking for price values for ultra rare cib games. The best way I can describe them is "opened factory sealed". I only see 2 or 3 currently on ebay and only 2 or 3 comps. Since eBay only goes back so far, I figured that price charting has an opportunity to give more value to more rare items.
Just saying that is its technically a new generation console that needs its own category. Right now there are more consoles than NN3DS Games but there is 1 out there that will ONLY play on the NN3DS. =)
I want to see how these prices compare to directly downloading games off PSN / XBox Live, as I'm seeing better and better deals digitally now...thank you.
