Show a chart for each individual game, to view the value over time.

I feel like there used to be charts per game but I may be mistaken.  In any case I think it would be a nice feature.

Yes.  Clicking "Show Historic Prices" link on any item detail page will show the price history for the game, card, comic, etc.

On desktop those price history charts show up automatically.  On mobile you have to click to make them visible.

Just click on "Show Historic Prices" from the main page of any game within the database and it should reveal its respective historic price chart (unless things changed since yesterday).
