This would be an interesting field to track. It would help make purchases on specific region-free systems, like the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4. I found out personally that the Japanese release of Chrono Trigger on DS actually has English on the cart and saved a lot more than the US release.

You can still see the count at the top, right below the total collection count.

You should be able to when viewing your collection, select "Filter by Console".

This would be especially difficult to track due to different regions/currencies also...

For both titles, they're listed as [Launch Edition] as shown on their cover art and item listings.
