Regarding Black Label pricing, that has been live on all platforms for about six months - you can see those prices in-app, as well as on the website if you scroll down or search for "black label"

your location information is populated based on any buying/selling history that you have, and can't be edited. That being said that data is also not used for anything, only to let other users know your location should you choose to share that. If you'd like this updated you can email sales@vgpc.com to have your location updated manually.
