EBAY LOT BOT TO BE MORE PRECISE AND ACTUALLY COME UP WITH THE VALUE AND NOT THE LOOSE VALUE

Anonymous 4 years ago updated by sales 4 years ago 2

eBay lot bot doesn't offer the correct pricing ever and when typing up exactly what the game says for being on the box it doesn't come up for example NES PLAY ACTION FOOTBALL CIB IS the game name not PLAY ACTION FOOTBALL no NES is part of the title as well. And Furthermore The reason why this is a issue is for one ebay doesn't know of this and Furthermore it says to people how much they save and Furthermore when it's not listed there correctly for anyone who is listing game's I suggest you update your crappy software Furthermore if eBay doesn't approve of this type of thing and the consumer affairs said if I pay for a certain amount of money for a website that isn't fulfilling the agreement then why continue to give them ex amount of money when they are not that proficient in their bases of information.....

I think you may want to reword your issue.  It is very hard to u see stand what you are trying to say. Also, use punctuation. It helps.

I appreciate the feedback on the Lot Bot and the value calculation.  We do plan to add support for other conditions so people can adjust the condition from Loose to CIB for a particular game.  Unfortunately our tool will never find every single game in a users description, sometimes what they typed is ambiguous or they use a name that we haven't matched to our products.  We are always working to add more of these aliases to match more products.

We have a feature to let you manually add anything that is missing to calculate a full value.  Our tool just speeds up everything for you by finding most of the items.

In terms of reporting us to consumer affairs or us not providing what you expect, you can always unsubscribe and stop paying.  I'm sorry it doesn't meet your expectations, but nobody is making you pay every month.
