You can share collections now. On your collection page (the one showing your collection value), there is a share link at the top of the page. You can use that to share with anybody on any site.
For example, here is an admin test collection:
https://www.pricecharting.com/offers?seller=7cgdyu5ynzos3mxwhfh46xj3f4&status=collection
