When adding an un-tracked sale, let US choose if the sale is CIB or LOOSE

Right now it seems to just default to CIB for everything and thats bad cause now I need to report my own sales that I added to the tracker in order for someone else (or me) to randomly stumble upon it and hope they know enough to properly mark it as LOOSE.
