I know this is really old now, but I think they may mean that it would be useful to have the ability to specifically filter listings / sales from just ebay.co.uk.
Since the current filtering method is based on if the game is PAL, NTSC or JP it sometimes returrns results that are not quite what UK collectors will be looking for under the PAL filter.
For example, if you use the ebay Lot Bot and check results for PAL Nintendo Gamecube there are some listings that are German, and while the gameplay is the same and you can change the language to English in game, the box art and text are usually in the local language.
I do also see some PAL results that are from Australian sellers, and PAL games seem to be valued a lot higher in Australia, so that may weight the average prices of PAL games differently.
Ideas
We do track listings/sales from the UK for our PAL game lists. PAL NES, PAL SNES, PAL PS2, etc. Example:

For each of those games we will show completed sales from the UK and the rest of Europe.
