Only show items that ship to Canada for Canadian Residents (Or Tie it to Current Currency Selection)

Very often when using the eBay Lot Bot, or probably any other tool that connects to eBay listings, it will point to a listing that meets the proper criteria, but after clicking on it, and then following it to the eBay page, sometimes the listing will ONLY ship to United States, or not Canada.  It would be awesome if there was an additional filter that allowed you to NOT show listings unless they include shipping to Canada, or possibly if the user is using CAD as their default currency, this could be automatic.  Or something like that.  This would be very useful and helpful in my opinion.
