Price guiding for Neo Geo MVS

While it is great that Neo Geo AES and Pocket Color have a place here, I think it would be great to have a guide for us MVS collectors too!

We do already have MVS prices.  If a product has no qualifier like [AES] in the title then it is MVS.  That is our default.

So a game like Aero Fighters 3 has two entries "Aero Fighters 3" (MVS version) and "Aero Fighters 3 [AES]" (AES version)
