Accurate pricing based on sales data
Hello Team,
I have been getting the same issue with the sales data showing the sales for a card but the card sales are for limited edition or numbered cards and these sales are in the base card instead of the specific variant of that card. Specifically, the Topps Chrome Deadpool cards. I've been checking the value of a handful of my cards' value and every day I see that they have increased by a couple hundred to a few hundred dollars. At first I thought "that's awesome" but when I clicked on the actual cards and scrolled down to see the sales data, I noticed that every single cards sales was for a limited print or numbered variant of that card.. I've tried clicking on the "report" button at the right of the column to try and alert the editors about this ongoing mistake that ppl are making. But every day now, more and more sales are showing up on the base cards sales data, which drives the value of these base cards thru the roof, which gives me false information about the value of my collection. Maybe you can create a way to have the sales data screened for this, like a "variant" or "variation" drop down menu of each card or have collectors with the $6/month access to edit this data or something. Anyway, thank you for your support in this matter and appreciate everything you do!

Sorry for this problem. Our tools should be recognizing the best matching card based on the variant names and print runs. Sometimes our tools get it wrong though.
Can you give me a specific example card where this is happening? I will look into this ASAP to fix it and improve our automated matching.
