I don't know if you can do this but is there a way you can move items that you have in one folder into a another one without deleting your item and getting it back again then putting it in the folder that you wanted it to be in

Yes, in your collection you can change the folder on any item in your collection. You click the folder drop down on the item and then select the new folder.
