Hello,

I use both your website and your Android app and have been doing so for quite some time. I am based in Germany and own many PAL Germany games for PlayStation 1 through PlayStation 5.

Unfortunately, I have noticed that the barcode scanner does not recognize any of my EU/PAL Germany games. I have tested around 100 different games, and not a single one was successfully scanned.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could look into this issue and, if possible, fix it.

Sorry for any problem. Do you know if these are items were we do have the UPC code in our database or is the UPC code missing? I would love to test to see if our scanner works well with PAL UPC codes or if it is our database that is incomplete.

Please let me know of an item you have a UPC for and what the UPC is. We we can make sure we have that UPC code and then see if the item is found.
