add a "price at the time/date item was added to collection"

I'm not sure how much that title makes sense but basically it would be nice to look back and see that in 2024 I purchased a 20 dollar card for 15 and currently its worth 30 or whatever the case may be. possibly even retroactively apply that to the already "date added" data
