Mark an item as Sold/Traded if were to sell or trade it offline to keep track of profits and sales

I use price charting for my collection and often times will trade cards for other cards or sell them outright. It would be ideal if there was a way to mark these items in you collection as sold/traded as well as the price sold for so that it removes it from the collection and keeps a record of the transactions in order to properly complete my taxes
