Please add support for CGC Perfect 10

CGC grades go in increments of 0.5 up to 10, then have Pristine 10 and Perfect 10. Pristine 10 is tracked but Perfect 10 is not.

I think CGC 10 Perfect and CGC 10 Pristine was just a name change. They are the same thing, but the name changed at some point. Please correct me if I am wrong. Because of that we combine them into one price point and sales history.

Population counts are different even if the quality checks are the same. Honestly I have both, and it messes with my head to hold a perfect card. Completely different experiences.
