Ability to Buy from Wishlist (PriceCharting Marketplace)

I am not sure if the feature is already there, but I cannot find any way to search the marketplace for listings in my wishlist and would like to be able to see listings available by them. 

This would help Price Charting sellers, as this site is considered a standard among small businesses across The United States.
