Ability to Fix Sales Reporting System

In most computer games, sold listings show for a game that is similar but is a completely different edition.

My Ideas:
-Assign sale to different game (with an option to create new one with information pulled from eBay listing if it does not exist)
-Adjust condition to move from CIB to Loose or vice versa (to save admin time on handling reports and requests and greatly increase accuracy in pricing)
-History of edits by user and qualifications / requirements to allow user to make edits (some user changes should be reviewed for approval to prevent fraud)
