Add Riftbound TCG Support

Riftbound is an upcoming TCG from Riot Games that seem to be gaining a lot of interest in both local stores and online. All preorders are sold out AFAIK, and it has a english release October 31 2025.

The chinese version released on August 1 2025, and just had its first big tournament this weekend.
