ability to delete folders

My Account > Settings > Change folder names

You can't delete folders at this time. You can change them to something like "unused" so you know you aren't using it at this time.

need to erase a folder entirely not just rename it as well

This issue is really annoying and makes scrolling through folders, even when named "delete", a huge hassle. Posting to help awareness from the devs and hoping it gets resolved soon

folders mess with the overall collection count too, deleted my entire collection but it still says i have 80 games because of folders i cant delete

yes, even removing all the items from an "unused" folder they will still be shown with some ghost items causing the collection value to be inaccurate 

We are working on this feature now.  It will hopefully be added very soon.
