Show the CIB (Complete) price on the game list pages

On the pages showing every game for a given console (example) show the complete price with the loose and new prices.

This is live on desktops. It is visible on all mobile phones and tablets too if they are held in landscape view. You will not see CIB or New prices on portrait view (vertical) because of the lack of screen real estate.
