Add Korean Mega Drive Consoles

Hi,
I was trying to contribute and add the Samsung Korean Megadrive (https://segaretro.org/Mega_Drive_consoles_in_South_Korea), but none of the regions fit, so none of the following checkboxes are filled.
Could we add a Korean region?

This is not possible right now. I will wait and see how popular this request is before deciding on adding support for these.

Do all of those consoles play game cartridges that were made for Korea as well?

Yes there is a whole set of Korea cartridges going when them. I hear you, less known than Japanese but they are still part of the 8/16 bit era. (There were master system too)
