Improved sold listing filters
I have reported countless listings that are obviously mis-categorized (i.e. complete items grouped with loose, loose items grouped with complete, and non-new items grouped with new). These reports seem to go unnoticed and unaddressed. Improving the keyword filters may mitigate this issue.

I definitely want to look into this. Can you give me a link to the page on the site with some of these sales or links to eBay sales that are mis-categorized on our site? I want to make sure any of these are addressed and the root problems fixed too.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Here are some links. Look for listings in the Loose category with the keyword “Complete.” I have noticed this with the majority of items in my collection, though the frequency of occurrence varies wildly.

I found the problem. The word "tested" had some incorrect logic in our backend so those were being considered loose even though they were obviously CIB. I've fixed that logic now and I've moved all of these sales over in your examples. Sorry about that and thank you for reporting it.

Great! Thank you for looking and solving the issue. I will keep an eye out for any further instances in case there other unrelated issues.

In reviewing these incorrectly sorted listings, I’ve noticed that many items categorized as Loose do not have any information in the heading that suggest their level of completion (loose/complete). Upon further inspection of the listing, many of these items are, in fact, complete. Obviously, the sorting logic will not consider the contents of a listing’s images, but does it consider supplemental information provided in the listing’s description? If not, is it possible to automatically extract that information from the listing site for use in PC’s logic?

We will look at the listing description too and check for words and phrases that would indicate the listing is complete vs disc only. In our experience, most of these listings with no info in the title just rely on the photo to indicate what is included. Unfortunately our system can't understand the photos well enough to get that data accurate (we've actually tested this) but video games are tricky with this because the cases and manuals look the same in most cases and the games come in all different sizes.
