Use TCGPlayer for Care Market Valuations as a large amount of cards, especially Monster and Pokemon are sold there, in addition to eBay

Why on earth are TCG Player valuations now dragging down the average value of cards? TCG Player is a garbage marketplace that makes it ludicrously easy to manipulate the market. Prices are artificially deflated because most of the cards sold are in crap condition and aren't sold individually. Ebay is a much truer and harder to manipulate marketplace that shows the real value of cards. Please ditch all TCG Player valuations and stop incorporating those valuations into the price averages on your site. It has made your site virtually worthless.

For these common cards, we believe the values with TCGPlayer sales data gives you a more accurate value for your cards and your collection. The prices on eBay will usually include shipping costs which inflates the value of those cards to a higher value then they really are. Yes, this change will have an impact on your card and collection values, but we feel it will be a more accurate value.
