Give general users ability to flag when prices are obviously incorrect

A lot of card prices are obviously wrong based on incorrect lot numbers. A normal user should be able to flag when a price is incorrect, whether for a site reviewer to correct or someone else.

Thanks for this suggestion.  At this time, you can report individual sales that are wrong.

You can also email admin at sales@vgpc.com with any problems like this and I will look into it.

Not just for cards, but I've seen this with the Video Game category as well were a best offer was taken on the item sold but that offer isn't reflected in the sold price that is averaged. For example say a game is listed on eBay for $1,000 but really sold for $475 because an offer was taken, the $475 does not display on PriceCharting nor is it averaged with the $475. Instead PriceCharting lists the sale as $1,000 and uses that price to use as part of the average algorithm.

eBay will not notify us when a best price was accepted or what that best price was.  They just tell us a sale occurred.  If you know what the final price was a particular sale, please let us know and send a screenshot or something.  We definitely want to fix that if it is inaccurate.  That data is usually only visible to the buyer and the seller though so even if that price was flagged by users with an automated system, admin would still not be able to verify the actual sale price.

If I come across any while I am doing research I will be sure to let you know. I utilize terapeak on eBay (as a seller) which shows the best offer prices for sold items.
