Add the option to Send Offer
It would be cool to be able to send offers to people who sell on price charting, just like the send offer feature on eBay.

Thank you for this suggestion. Right now you can contact the buyer and make an offer that way. It is slightly different than ebay process and not as streamlined (seller can't accept in one click), but it is possible right now.
I'll leave this open to see how popular a more formal process would be with users.
