Edit/Contribute Button for Comics Does Not Work ERROR: "CONSOLE IS REQUIRED"

Unless I'm doing something wrong, when I click on "Create Product" to submit a comic book / series to the database, my entry is erased and an error saying "CONSOLE REQUIRED" is presented (see screenshot below):

You cannot use the back button when adding comics.  You need to enter the series manually each time.
