Yes that would be technically possible.  I'll see how popular this feature request is before implementing it.

Please!!!! As someone who buys lots of mixed variety it's a pain to add the item twice if it's box/manual or item/manual.

Trying to raise this one as well. The Lot Value Calculator is my most used tool on the site and its a real pain point I'm unable to select the actual condition the item is in.
