Add Sega's SG-1000 console and game cartridges

The predecessor to the Master System, it was Sega's first entry into the home video game hardware business.  Some notable games are here, such as Girl's Garden, and ports of other popular games (such as Galaga or Space Invaders) ported by Sega themselves.

The Sega SG-1000 had 74 games and 29 programs released.
