"Percentage Markup" on "Video Game Lot Value Calculator" does not affect "Manual Only" condition.

To reproduce bug: add any "Manual Only" item to the "Video Game Lot Value Calculator" tool, and then enter a value in the "Percentage Markup" field. The "Price" column does not change like it does for other conditions.
