For TCG/Pokemon add "Sealed" option to condition for Promo cards

I have a lot of Sealed promo cards that I'd like to record in My Collection properly, currently I have to put them in as "Ungraded" - which although not strictly wrong, it's not an accurate representation of the promo card as they are worth more when still sealed (usually).
