Distinguish between loose sales, loose game plus box sales, and loose game plus manual sales.

It would be nice to have more accurate pricing by having separate sections in addition to loose, cib, manual, box, new, and graded, there should also be 2 new sections for loose game plus the box and loose game plus the manual. Many sales are a combination of those two and they distort the actual average price of both the loose and cib sections.
