Add the Watara Supervision and Games

The mostly forgotten, and very poorly marketed, handheld from the early 1990's the went silently away as stealthily as it appeared. Most fellow collector's I communicate with have never heard of this system, a testament to just how obscure the thing is, but it does exist. To those who know of it, it is a highly desirable handheld to own.

I second this, for being out of nowhere and with minimal success, the system had an amazing 66 games released. They also have hilarious titles and art. The system was also backlit and had a pivoting screen angle and stereo sound. This was 1992, way before Nintendo added such features to the GameBoy line. They even had a module that allowed you to play the games on a TV. A lot of effort went into this console, it stands out to me a all-in bizarre foray into the handheld market.

Okay, there’s clearly only 3 of us, but surely it can’t be so complicated to add and satisfy us.

Haha.  Unfortunately it is a fairly involved process to add a new console and games to the site.  Database work and backend coding work to make it happen.  I have to prioritize the time I have with other feature requests.  Sorry.

So, just to be sure. Will it just take longer before it migth appear on here or is it so that it just isn't going to happen?

Depends on how many people ask for it.  If only two people want it, then we probably can't justify the development to add that to the site.  Not worth the time or cost compared to other features that users want.  But if this turns out to be popular than we can add it sooner and it will happen.  Sorry I can't give a definitive answer.  That is why we have the request tool so I can prioritize these things.

alright, thanks for the respond! I hope it wil grow in populairity, because I think it is a pretty cool handheld.

I would love to see this added.
